Give the Slack channel a callback your team can act on.

The painting estimate needs a follow-up. A Zap posts Penny’s summary and the details she took down to the Slack channel your office watches, so the person returning the call can see what the customer asked for.

14 days of Pro, including 100 phone minutes and 300 website conversations. No credit card.

Penny sends the event to the Penny app in Zapier. Your Zap posts it with Slack’s “Send Channel Message” action.
When it happens
The Zap runs after the call or chat is processed.

This is a Zapier workflow that posts notifications. Penny does not read channel conversations or act on replies. Everyone with access to the channel can see the details posted there, so choose the channel to suit your intake. Zapier may require a separate paid plan for the workflow you choose.

Set up the connection

Questions about this connection

Can a reply in Slack change Penny’s instructions?

No. The Zap posts to the channel, and Penny doesn’t read Slack. Update Penny’s business settings in the dashboard and use your team’s process to assign the callback.

How do I know the connection is ready?

Confirm the test appears in the intended channel and reaches the people assigned to follow up. Check a message-taking call as well as a new lead.
